Wages & other Statutory Charges details as payable to the Engineer engaged under the contract:Basic Pay- Rs. 40,000.00Total- Rs. 40,000.00Reliever Charges (1/6th)- Rs. 6,666.67Total- Rs. 46,666.67 The minimum wages payable to Electrical Engineer shall be Rs. 46,666.67 per month as per the breakdown details given above. The bidder is required (shall be entitled) to quote service charges per person that would be charged by him for provisioning of manpower subject to minimum 3.85% over the amount of Rs. 46,666.67. The Bidder may quote any percentage of charges as per his calculations & estimation, however in no case the service charge should be less than 3.85% which are minimum service charges, however Contractor may quote higher sservice charges as per his discretion. The quoting of lower percentage than 3.85% towards service charges may result in to tender being considered as non-responsive. |

| 6 | Comprehensive maintenance of 500 kVA transformer, oil immersed to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance of transformers as per broad maintenance schedule given in technical bid & strictly as per OEM/Manufacturer instructions.The comprehensive maintenance shall include:daily maintenance program weekly maintenance program monthly maintenance program quarterly maintenance program yearly maintenance program complete in all respect as per complete OEM instructions. The Comprehensive maintenance shall include all manpower required for the work, replacement of defective parts, periodic checking of insulation resistance, IR test, oil filter, cleaning/replacement of defective parts, desludging and cleaning of main tank and conservator cleaning/replacing of defective/worn out filters checking of gaskets/bushing, servicing complete as per manufacturer instructions to ensure uninterrupted functioning of transformer, complete including cost of all manpower, consumables and replacement of defective parts all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. | 7 | Comprehensive maintenance of DG set of 500 KVA including cost of all labour and replacement of defective parts including replacement of consumable like oil, coolant, filters, lubricants (except fuel-diesel), fuels injectors, monthly full load test run for minimum 2 hours, maintenance upkeep of exhaust Pipe and its painting twice a year with approved paint. Checkup/ upkeep/ maintainance of voltage regulator (AVR) governs, oil pressure, oil pressure valves, air filters, fuel filters, horses, belt, vibration control, full vibration analysis complete including annual major over handing of DG set as per OEM schedule. Also complete comprehensive maintenance of AMF panels with bus bar, relays, MCCBs, earthing, incomers, outgoing, timer, connectors, thimbles complete as per inventory given in technical bid including maint/upkeep of fuel tank. Complete for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly comprehensive maintenance including one complete annual over handling of DG Set with all cost of labour, replacements of defective parts, replacement of lubricants/oils, filters for in untrumpeted functioning of DG set with control panels all as directed by the Engineering In-charge.
