Calcium chloride, Nisin.SPECIFICATIONS:- Appearance - White Crystal powder, Moisture content-1.0-5.0%, Odour -OdourlessAPPLICATION AND FUNCTION:- Paneer coagulant mix which increases yield & shelf life and improves texture and moistness of paneer.DOSAGE:-0.3-0.5% on batch basisMETHOD OF USE:- Prepare 3% to 5% solution of Ezential 4001 at 80°C. Cover with lid for 20 mins. Add this solution slowly in preheated milk (80°C) while stirring.COMPOSITION:- Calcium acetate (E263), Gluconolactone (E575), Calcium Chloride and Nisin (E234)PACKAGING:- 25 kg bag with inner poly-linerSTORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place (below 20°C). Prolonged direct / indirect exposure to sunlight, heat and air should be avoided.DIRECTION FOR USE:- Paneer per lit milk- Add required quantity of Ezential 4001 in 100g water (80°C). Cover with lid for 20mins.
