| 2 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. |

| 7 | Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :75 to 80 mm dia pipe. |
| 8 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 9 | Providing, erecting, maintaining and removing temporary protective screens made out of specified fabric with all necessary fixing arrangement up to complete height and ensure that it remains in position for during entire period of demolishing and damaged fabric be replaced as and when required, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Work will be executed for demolishing of old water storage tank at DTL Colony . Woven PVC cloth. |
| 10 | Providng and fixing of temporary baricadding of MS steel frame with precoated GI sheet of minimum 0.5mm thickness (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277)The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, including cutting to size and shape wherever required.This item contains necessary structural steel components for frame such as hollow steel sections/ ISMB sections /flats or angles etc. for its safe errection. Rate include its fixing and removal, maintenance for damages, all incidentals, labour ,materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. till wherever required with essential safety features for the workmen. The barricading arrangement will be made for entire height as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.The barricading arrangement will be for entire duration of work and shall not be removed without direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work. The complete barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work. The elevation area of the barricading shall be measured for payment purpose ). |
