Material and Labour for applying Distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 509 gram/Ltr, of approved manufacurer shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour including preparation the surfaces even and smoooth at any heights and levels :

New work (Two or more coat) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/ltrs.

Material and Labour for applying Distemper with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture,including preparation of surface even and smooth and applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour at all heights and levels.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade at all heights and levels :

Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing paint surface including preparation of surfaces even and smooth.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade at all heights and levels after cleaning of the surface and removal of all dusts, strains etc.
