| 8 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:-Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSIStep 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. |
| 9 | M&L for one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. | 12 | M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over the newly prepared wall surface of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat reflectant property and gives excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer's instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Note: Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. |

| 20 | Note: Items for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall furnish Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 100 with at least one of manufacturer within one week from date of commencement.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, euipment & machines etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces.(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. |
| 21 | (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.(j) The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer i.e Asian/Berger or other equivalent manufacturer with pro guardtechnology (k) Guarantee :- The contractor shall furnish a guarantee certificate from approved make in favour of Garrison Engineer for the efficieny of the weather proof paint for 5 yrs during the guarantee period.
