| 21 | M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of over head reservoir 50000 Gln capacity at 21 metre staging height, and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflage pattern, preparation of old decorated surfaces of railing, stair case and CI pipes of over head reservoir 50000 Gln capacity at 21 metre staging height, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Contractor shall take precaution for safety measures as per MES safety code. Contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind and nothing extra on this account shall be payable to the contractor.(b) Unit rate of this item includes the following aspect:-(i) To provide complete scaffolding including safety belt to the workers as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (ii) Nothing extra shall be paid on account of increase in height, hence work shall be carried out for complete surfaces varied at height and no claim on account of more height shall be entertained. Tenderer is hereby advised to see this factor before quoting his rate. M&L for disconnecting from the existing location cutting off worn out aluminium cable end and Supply, laying and testing in replacement cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core including taking out existing cable of any size.
