Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stones metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting ,lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level , ramming ,watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with al taxes and royalities and all labours with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as directed by the EIC.

Fly Ash brick masonry of size(25×12×8)cm having CS not less than 75 Kg/cm2 in cement mortar(1:6) in foundation and plinth from approved quarry including splay cutting, circular moulding and similar type of work with all necessary projections and champering and core belling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour and T&Prequired for the work as directed by EIC

R.C.C work of M-20 Grade with 20 mm and downgraded hard black crusherbroken granite chips including hoistind and laying having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200 Kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days with IS 456and 516 using 10mm to 20mm size(20mm not to exceed 25%) hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting , lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including cost of centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance ,royalities and taxes of all materials and labours with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect (excluding the cost and conveyance of MS rods and Tor steel and binding wire of 18-20 gauge) as directed by EIC.
