| 17 | Providing services for Facade cleaning including Repair and Maintenance work of Façade for GAIL Jubilee Tower, GAIL Info-hub Building, Security Room/Cabins at Entry and Exit Gates, Electrical Panel Room, Glass Canopy etc, through cleaning including Repair and deployment of Resources inclusive of all Cleaning Agents, Consumables, Spares, Tools and Tackles etc. (Indecative list of chemicals/cleaning agents as per SOW clause no. 2.3 (a) & (b)) as per SCC, Scope of work and directions of EIC.Note:(a) Repair and Maintenance including assistance in Fixing of Broken panels/DGU, tightening of nuts and hold sealing using Silicone Sealant (White, Clear and Black colour) etc. Includes replacement of defective/damaged Trolley Steel Rope if required. (b) Façade material required to be replaced viz, ACP Sheet/DGU shall be provided by GAIL. |
| 18 | Providing Services of Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 Nos. of Facade Cleaning Trolleys installed at GAIL Jubilee Tower, Noida, complete with all resources, spares, consumables, tools and tackles etc. as per SCC, Scope of work and directions of EIC. |
| 19 | Providing Services of Safety Inspection and compliance report submission (CHARGES PER INSTANCE OF INSPECTION OF ONE WORK) through Authorised/Approved Third Party Inspection Agency for any major repair/repalcement work carried out at site/as and when required, as per SCC, Scope of Work and Directions of the EIC. |
