The concrete surface to be finished with 6mm plaster with Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement: 3 fine sand ) and painting the same with Water proofing cement paint. The rate includes necessary demolishing of Weathering tiles to required area of 0.15 Sq.m, disposing and Cleaning the same, Applying necessary Epoxy water Proofing coat on bottom and sides, insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site where the structural base / Pedestal for the pole is to be carried out at a height of upto 10.00 m from terrace excluding the pole height for safety of men working. ( The Reinforcement shall be paid in separate item) |
| 4 | Developing the column on the terrace by making holes of upto 20 mm dia by drilling a depth upto 200 mm including cleaning the surface by blowing air, injecting resin grout of Fisher FIS V 360S or equivalent and fixing 16 mm dia TMT bar dowels in position including all labour and Tools & Plants in work all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge and Reinforcement bar shall be paid for separately. |
| 5 | Supplying at site the galvanized Iron Pole materials consisting of angles, flats, pipes, bars bolts and nuts washers , Gusset plates, etc., including labour charges for cutting drilling holes, welding as required and galvanising of all sections upto 80 micron thickness as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 8 | Erection of Pole structure on the terrace of the building, consisting of 3.00 Nos Poles of Different Dia upto a height of 9.00 M , including anchoring with stays etc complete including necessary sorting out of materials at site as per check list and tightening of bolts and nuts, washers etc. as per the requirement of Indian standard codes, torque checking etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. ( The rate includes necessary Tools and plants for hoisting,scaffolding,supporting men and materials,welding , insurance charges for labour and the agency is responsible for all precautionay measures to be maintained at site for safety of men working) |

| 11 | Providing and fixing 2.00 mm thick sheet homogeneous Anti Static Polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like DunlopS-758,Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5kg and prividing copper strips etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in approved colour and shade a) 2mm thickness. |
| 12 | Providing & placing in earth pit (of size 2.00 m x2.00mx3.0 m) in position prefabricated structure made up of 4 nos of GI plates of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm interconnected by GI flat of size 50mm x 3mm with and with lead sheath between GI plates and flats and nuts and joints being made moisture proof necessary GI bolts providing and placing in position watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipe of length 3.0 m with funnel at top including filling finely sieved good soil /Bentonate powder for earth pit size of 2.0m x 2.0m upto a height of 1.5m from the bottom as per specification for earthing, brick masonry chamber of size 300x300x300mm with CI cover and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The galvanising shall be as per IS 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm, i.e. approximately 85 micron. The GI flat to be paid for separately) |
| 13 | Providing and fixing GI strip of size 50 x 3 mm with necessary GI clamps at every 1.50m, interval with Porcelain insulator, bolts, nuts, screws, etc.along with vertical runway including connecting with lightning spike at top of tower and earth at ground without overlap joint etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all required materials, labours. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing spike type lightening arrester made of 25mm dia hollow copper pipe of wall thickness 1.60mm and required length with necessary fixtures at top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated by Teflon material and connected to GI plate earthing by GI flat 50 x 3mm with proper lugging arrangement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of G.I. Flat of 50 x 3 mm shall be paid separately). |
