| 8 | Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes etc by using airless electric sprayers through authorised applicator of paint manufacturer complete all as specified all as specified . Note: The following notes shall be applicable for all the Items where ever specified that the work is to be carried out through \\"authorised applicator\\" and the rate quoted by the Contractor shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account 1.The work shall be executed from the authorized applicator of one of the following manufacturer:- (a) Berger Paints,(b) Shalimar Paints (c) Asian Paints 2. Material shall be approved by GE 3. A triparty MOU in between the Manufacturer, applicator and the contractor shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the work at site. |
| 9 | Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified . |
| 10 | M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of ceiling by using airless electric sprayers through authorised applicator of paint manufacturer all as per specified and directed. |
| 11 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facias, cornics etc(Internal & External surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. |

| 20 | S & F in repairs, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, fixed to walls in any length with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | S & F in repairs, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends (any radius), diminising pieces or tapers (large bore measured) all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Disconnectling existing water tank Exc 250 & N.exc 500 litres capacity setting aside or lowering if requied for roof repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting in position reconnecting, refixing in position up to 2 storey bldgs all as specified and directed. |
| 23 | Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen and removal of debris and rubbish off the site. |

| 25 | supply and Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sqm) land over and including coat of bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.3litres/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Laying shall be done all as per manufacturer's instruction and all as specified in clauses 11.43 of MES SSR-2020 Specifications. |
