| 4 | Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | M&L for plastering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | M&L for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | M&L for plastering 15 mm thick (in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thk) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's printed instruction finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. |
