To safeguard the installations such as pumpsets, generators, fire service equipments, common lights, fire equipments, verify the private vehicles entry into the scheme. Relaying information in high-pressure scenarios and communicating with authorities. Providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors, and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and requests. Managing the property, keeping a record of visitors, and maintaining order at large gatherings. Watchman patrol the premises and parking lots on foot to prevent crime and identify suspicious activity. Security guards manage entry and exit to the property to prevent unauthorized access. Security guards are trained to respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
