15.2.1:Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

5.33.2.1:Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. 10.2:Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

13.65.1:Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

OD4340/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Cellulose - bitumen based Corrugated (onduline equivalent) roofing sheet of size 2000mmx950mm and approved colour reinforced with cellulosic fibers and thermosetting resin ,3mm thick along with ridges & valleys .Density not to exceed 1150kg/m3.The roofing sheets shall be fixed to the structural steel frame work to correct line and level with overlap 20cm,side overlap 1 corrugation (10cm approx) ,maximum purlin distance 45cm.Fixing with stainless steel J bolt with washers etc. complete as per manufacturers specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.Details of cost for sheet size of roof=7.4m x 7m=51.8 sqm

50.6.4.2:Hollow block masonry using pre cast block (Factory made) of size 40x20x20 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete
