| 22 | Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine and taking the BDV , PPM value of the oil periodically (Every hour) till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling oil in T/F tank. (Operator, centrifuging machine and testing equipment shall be arrange by the Contactor). |
| 23 | Replacement of existing old T/F RTCC panel by new RTCC panel. Job includes opening of control cable, cutting of earthing, laying control cable, making termination, preparation of cable schedule etc. & shifting of dismantled panel to elsewhere as per direction of site incharge including all associated work satisfactorily. |
| 24 | Prepairing cable schedule and Dressing, binding and Termination of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable marking and its ferruling as per schedule and inter connection with T/F to C&R panel, RTCC panel, cooling fans ,marshaling box, driving mechanism etc and as per site requirement for completion of job satisfactorily. |

| 26 | Earthing of T/F body, MB, DM box of OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10/50x6mm M.S. flat (M.S Flat shall be provided by the department) The job also includes Excavation of soil for connecting main Earth mat (X and Y) and levelling of soil after completion of work. |
| 27 | Painting of various MS Flat by one coat red oxide primer and two coat bus green paint of Nerolac/Burger/Asian make including painting of joints below ground by best quality of non corrosive paint. |
| 28 | Fabrication of radiator guards made of M.S. angle frame (inner angle of size 35x35x4 mm, outer angle of size 50x50x6 mm supporting leg of size 75x75x10 mm) fitted with steel wire mesh, (20x20mm, 08 SWG) for the front and top of the radiator of L.T. side of 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Mintopark as per the site requirement. All Labour, T&P and materials will be provided by contractor at his own cost. |
| 29 | Fixing of new fabricated radiator guards into the pit of size 2x2x2 feet and ground on earth by 1:2:4 C.C. mixture and making the plinth of 1x1x1 feet above ground level alongwith plastering including the cost of the labour, T&P and materials. |
| 30 | Rubbing and cleaning of radiator guard by sand paper, removing the dust and rust. Providing and applying one coat of red oxide primer and then after two coat of synthetic enamelled good quality paint of Asian/berger/Nerolac make in Grey colour. |
| 31 | Testing of newly erected 63 MVA T/F oil by arranging appropriate equipments. Job includes BDV, PPM, DGA, TAN DELTA resistivity and all assocaited testing as per instruction. |

| 57 | Checking and rectification of the status of HV & LV Bus Isolaters for proper signal/status sending from isolators to C&R panel. The work includes checking all the isolators ON/OFF status from switchyard to C&R panel installed in control room. Rectify the false signals receiving from Isolators by replacing auxiliary contacts. terminal blocks, or laying another control cable from switchyard to C&R panel in place of defective cable if found. The job includes all associated work to make isolators status fuctional. (All required material to complete the job satisfactorily, will be provide by contractor at his own cost.)
