| 1 | Recording of Energy meter Readings in Residential (Bimonthly), Public buildings (Bimonthly) and Non DAE Offices (Monthly), re-confirmation of erroneous / abnormal energy meter reading, re-recording of energy meter reading for door locked houses, replacement of faulty energy meters etc., daily patrolling of street and area lighting systems during night hours, attending fuse off calls in Residential Quarters after office hours and holidays, recording of electrical parameters at substation, feeder pillars, EMDB etc., during peak hours, assisting in providing temporary power supply arrangements for construction works, assisting in arrangement and operation of public addressing system during government functions, assisting in sub-stores related activities such as maintaining inventory, stores register, records, IN/OUT passes, scrap accounting, material issuing /receiving etc., entry of daily complaints in residential/public buildings etc,. as per detailed specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All the above works shall be carried out in Round the Clock (RTC) / General operations as mentioned in the detailed scope of work. Note: 1. Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or more activites of description mentioned above for a net duration of 08 (Eight) hours per day.2. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per operation. 3. The contractor shall engage One skilled worker for Item No.1.2 & One Semi skilled worker for Item No. 1.3 for each opeartion.4.
