Major repairing of main roller of Head Regulator by taking out the complete roller from gate with the help of Jigs & Fixtures, Jack etc., cutting lock plate by gas cutter, lifting roller from gate by manila rope and shifting to working platform, dismantling roller, cleaning, washing, fitting up new bush & pin, repairing of side plate and then reassembling, shifting to gate and fitting, greasing and testing etc. by operating gates including all cost of material, labour, T & P, scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work.
