| 2 | I) Maintenance of cleanliness & hygiene at Garden: --- a) Removal and Disposal of Garbage/Waste Materials from Zoological Garden, Alipore(i) Scope of Garbage RemovalThe work includes removal and disposal of garbage and waste materials such as:o Broken bricks, brick bats, stone chips, rubbisho Animal dung, excreta (poop), lops and topso Dry leaves, dry bushes, bamboo, wood, etc.o Plastics, waste materials, and remains of foodo Scrap materials are excluded from the scope of this work.(ii) Transportation Requiremento A minimum of 25 (twenty-five) trips per month using 9 (nine) Ton capacity Truck/Lorry shall be made for the period from February to November.o A minimum of 50 (fifty) trips per month using 9 (nine) Ton capacity Truck/Lorry shall be made for the period from December to January.o All expenses in this regard shall be borne by the agency (iii) Deduction for Shortfallo If the actual number of trips made in any month is less than the prescribed minimum, proportionate deduction towards carriage charges shall be made from the bills for the concerned month.(iv) Daily Cleaning of Vatso All garbage vats/bins shall be cleaned every day to maintain proper hygiene and sanitation.b) Sweeping of roads, foot path, foot trails, lawns, open space etc. inside the garden and staff qrts, Library, NIC, Ticket plaza, hospital, aquarium, RBSSS etc dailyc) Washing of roads inside the garden .dailyd) Cleaning of moats inside the garden regularly. e) Cleaning of water bodies inside the garden. regularly.f) Cleaning of garbage from veterinary Hospitals, Aquarium, RBSS Sadan, staff quarters compound and its adjacent area etc. dailyg) Cleaning and bush cutting of adjacent area of animal cages/enclosures/houses, road sites etc regularly as per direction from zoo authority.h) Grass cutting in field of the ZGA with agency’s own machinery & fuel. (All the above work may be done one or more times if necessaryII) Cleaning of toilets at office & garden and Golf cart , Staff qtrs: ------Total floor area of building including toilets 20,800 sq feet (Approx.)A. Office (New & Old) including 1st floor (Approx area: 4300 Sqft )B. Store (Approx Area: 1800 sqft) C Guest House (Approx Area: 1500 sqft)D. Visitor toilets 4 (four) units (Approx area: 6000sqft)E.
