Further apply 2 coats of waterproofing treatment fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of hybrid PU polymers in a gap of 4-6hrs. The applied material should have specific gravity of 1.25g/cc with minimum recommended coverage of 1sqm/litre to built DFT of 1200 microns. the cured membrane shall exhibit - 1. ) Tensile Strength ASTM D412 : 1.4-2.5 MPa2.) Elongation ASTM D412 : 400-500%3.) Adhesion Strength : >2N/sqm as per ASTM D45414.) Crack Bridging Ability : >3-4mm as per AS/NZS 4548:5:19995.) Water Permeability : NIL as per DIN 1048 (c) Providing and installing non-woven geo-textile membrane 40-50gsm with overlaps of 50mm in both directions over the Ist coat when the surface is still tacky.Note: Total hybrid PU polymer including primer and two coats will appllied @2 Kg/Sqm |

| 6 | M & L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below:-(a) Preparation of old AC/Manglore tiles roof surfaces including cleaning of roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500m where directed.(b) Applying a coat of Bitumen, blown type, 85/25 grade on prepared surface of AC/Mangalore pattern roof .(c) Applying and laying 2 mm thick APP membrane having non woven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3.(d) M & L for applying two coats of aluminium paint on membrane @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M & L for repairing of cracks by cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M & L for cleaning the exposed concrete surface of floor/ wall/ chajja by brushing & watering and applying one coat of TAPECRETE P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious slurry consisting 1:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement by weight) and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours, then applying second coat of 1.5mm thick tapecrete brush topping consisting 1:2:2 (1 part of tapecrete : 2 parts of cement : 2 parts of silica sand by weight) over the first coat and cured for next 2 days complete all as specified and directed. |
