The work include all other associated works required to complete the job satisfactory as per technical specification. |
| 16 | Complete dismantling the accessories of 20MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cables & cable connection, draining out the transformer oil up to required level in 209 liters capacity oil drums / tanker, removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe lines all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshalling box, RTCC panel etc. with proper gasket along with nuts and bolts to complete the jobs satisfactorily including proper stacking. All other T&P, Crane etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |

| 23 | Replacement of all Gasket including the top Cover of T/F by Providing and Fixing of new gasket as per Existing Size made of rubberized Cork Sheet Kotika/Turboze/Cork brand grade. |
| 24 | Centrifuging of complete transformer oil for at least 72 hours by 10-12 KL/Hrs capacity centrifuging machine with fresh fiilters untill required standard of oil parameters achieved. Centrifuging machine with fresh oil filters shall be arranged by the contractoralong with operator and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil Periodically till the required value is achieved. |
| 25 | The DGA, BDV and PPM of the centrifuged oil must be tested from NABL accredited LAB and the report must be submitted. |
| 26 | Earthing of main tank of 40 MVA T/F by using M.S, flat 50x6/ 75x10 mm size, its jointing with already laid earth mat/Deltas. The work including painting,cutting, bending etc. MS Flat shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 27 | Erection of RTCC panel of 40 MVA T/F RTCC panel in control room at 132 KV S/S Chitbadagaon including cable termination & fitting and laying of control cable if required as per site requirement and its connections. |
| 28 | Erection of 120KV and 30KV LA as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification including shifting of material from store to work site includig all other associated work to complete the job Satisfactory. |
| 29 | Jumpering of 40 MVA Transformer from HV with Moose/Zebra/Panther an LV side with Double Moose complete up to 33 KV Main Bus. |
