| 12 | M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping and properly cleaning the existing roof . Apply first coat Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second of undiluted coat @ 0.45ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @0.45ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) Work to be carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturers instructions. 2)The surface will be testing for leakage/seepage for water ponding for 48 hrs. |
| 13 | M&L for brick wall treatment by applying two component elastomeric omeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, SmartCare Ultra Block 2K or approved equivalent, having >220 % elongation as per ASTM D 2370, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 3.5 mm as per EN 1062. The coating shall have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications. Minimum consumption shall be 2kg/sqm. Supply and applying bond coat application mix AP SC Repair Polymer and cement in ratio of 1:1. Brush apply 1 or 2 continuous coat of mix and ensure minimum consumption shall be 0.2kg/sqm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) Work to be carried out by authorised applicator as per manufacturers instructions. |
