| 7 | Dismantling framed work timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section, complete all as per specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as per specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes CI/PVC/AC soil pipe including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exc. 900 m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as per specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as per specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Taking down galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as per specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & n . Exc 1000 ltrs. |
| 17 | Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts, well, cesspits, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed. |

| 22 | M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. |
| 23 | M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed. |
| 24 | M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in water tank platforms, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 25 | M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in in copping, bed plates etc of main holes, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges include necessary formwork (straight or curved), complete all as specified and as directed. |
