| 21 | M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof surfaces, chases pinning in making good to facings where required and repair with fiber reinforced mortor equivalent to ( MAPEGROUT T40 ) mixed with SBR in ratio 1:1 for repair of cracks and that filled with sigle component polyurethane sealent eqivalent to (NITOSEAL :PU50) at the roof for the water proofing as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete roof and slab with wire brush/ mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface and removing complete and applying one coat of sealer @ 0.2 kg/sqm of SBR equivalent to (Dr Fixit 302 Super latix) and cement in ratio of 1:1 having a capacity of filling cracks of less than 3mm and having bonding agent propertycomplete all as specified and directed.Note : 1. This item has to be applied on mother slab before laying any screed bed or PCC as a water proofing process. 2. This item shall be carried by authorised applicator of manufacturer. |
| 23 | M & L applying high performance polyurethene liquid membrane waterproofing coating cold applied in two coats @ 1.5kg/Sqm/2coats spray/brush applied, with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM C2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as per ASTM D2240. The item includes applying epoxy primer @ 0.15Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied which is the combination of base and hardener water based epoxy system as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. The contractor shall submit a garantee of 07 year from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufactures's garantee. The 5% amount of item No 19 to 23 for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(E) Agra against gaurantee money.2. The water proofing work complete against BOQ item No.21 to 23 shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work. |
