| 5 | White washing one coat with shell lime over the interior surface of walls and ceiling including cost, conveyance ,taxes of all materials, cost of labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Priming one coat with any approved primer on Iron work after cleaning the surface, sand papering etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour with T & P require for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 9 | Fixing G.C.I or A.C. sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc including cost of fittings complete.but excluding cost of G.C.I or A.C. sheet. |
