Fixing tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of precast tiles ( VETRIFIED TILES )

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of paint, labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fixing and fitting of M.S. doors shutter frame, windows frame, shutter with grill gate etc. complete including cost, conveyance, T&P and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade made by block makine machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
