Repairs to ATS panel along with providing and fitting of New Aluminum cable for 400 KVA transformer at LIS Mandli.

Repairs/replacement of parts of ATS panel of 170 hp motor of unit No.2 at LIS Mandli. Disconnecting all the electrical connections. Repair to the ATS of 170 hp motor by way of draining of the existing/old T-oil from the tank and storing it in barrel. Dismantling of all the burnt/damaged parts of starter and P/F of new parts i.e contact points (fixed and moving). Repairs to its moving mechanism by P/F of sleeve to the moving rod. Reassembling all the parts of the starter. Complete rewinding of the coils and lowering it in the tank. Giving heat treatment to the old T-oil to remove moisture content in it. Filling the demoisturized T- oil in the tank along with 30 ltrs fresh T-oil. Making all the electric connections. Testing the starter on no load and then on full load.Dismantling of the existing damaged cable by way of replacing of the damaged/worn out old cables and providing & fitting of 400 sq.mm single core aluminium conductor PVC sheathed cable for 400KVA transformer, including providing and fixing suitable aluminium lugs, glands and jointing materials, complete in all respects for a total length of 45metres, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to LIS Mandli. Disconnecting the power supply followed by the complete dismantling of the Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) unit within the lift irrigation pump house. The job includes checking all fixed and moving contact assemblies for pitting or erosion, Repairs/Providing and fitting of new contact assemblies to ensure minimal contact resistance. Cleaning and checking the integrity of the arc control devices to ensure they can effectively quench the arc during the trip. The job includes servicing of the operating mechanism, including spring linkage and moving parts by way of degreasing, lubrication and testing. The job further includes the replacement of all minor insulation parts. Giving heat treatment to the existing T-oil to remove moisture content in it & filling the demoisturized T- oil in the tank along with 10 ltrs fresh T-oil, followed by testing the breaker on no load and then on full load. Disconnecting the electrical supply to pumping unit no.1(10 cusecs) and then decoupling of pump & motor (200 Hp) from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled motor to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle.Further The job involves extraction of rotor from stator followed by cleaning of stator and rotor using compressed air, organic solvent, CCL4 etc. to remove the dust particles /silt etc. Replacement of damaged/broken wedges, f-class insulation paper etc wherever required. Extraction of bearings from their housings and cleaning by kerosene oil and removing silt/dirt from bearings. Varnishing the rotor and stator with Dr.Beck compound or equivalent make of varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. Thereafter checking the IR value using megger meter. Refitting bearings in housings, greasing properly and shifting back of motor after carrying out the repair to site, re-assembling the motor and pump, re-installing the same on their original position at LIS Mandli. The job also includes servicing/desilting of foot valves at LIS Mandli of unit nos.1,2&3 by way of decoupling the foot valves by cutting/unfastening the nuts and bolts from suction pipes. Extraction of foot valves out of sump with help of manual labour. Dismantling of foot valves after unfastening/cutting the nuts & bolts. Cleaning of foot valves by removing mud and silt. Then checking the discs for proper alignment and balance to fit in the seats for no leakage of water. Assembling the foot valves and P/F of new rubber packing sheets, nuts and bolts etc. lowering the foot valves in the sump & coupling with suction pipes by providing new rubber packing sheets, nuts bolts and washers. Checking for leakages. Complete job includes the cost of the material, to & fro transportation charges(mechanical carriage & head load) of the material, skilled/unskilled labour charges , hiring of tools and tackles etc. Complete Job.Note:- The firm should offer rebate on old material/parts. The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
