Supply of 28 mm Steel wire rope: 6x36 (14-7+7-7-1) Construction, RightHand Overlay, Extra Improved plow steel (EIPS) grade, Galvanized wire conforming to IS 1835-1976, Steel Core, Pre stretched, Tensile strength 1960/sqmm, Approximate mass 3.28 kg/meter Minimum breaking load 547 KN, Conforming to IS specification 2266 -2024, 16 Nos of reel, testing, providing suitable wire rope thimples,ferrules for loop end splicing etc,complete including all charges

Fixing wire rope already supplied to the radial gates and hoisting unit safely and in correct alignment of the whole system after removing the existing one by both manual operating system and driven by the prime mover already provided, including cost of all labour,incidental charges,tools and plants, correcting the final alignment, without affecting the structural safety of the existing members and observing the safety measures including fixing of wire rope thimples, ferrules, applying cardium compound etc and stacking the dismantled rope in site store etc.

Overhauling of radial gate rope drum hoist (20T) consisting of 5 Hp, 966 RPM induction motor, worm reducer and EM Brake hoist mechanism including reconditioning of hand operation, plummer blocks, electro-magnetic brake, oil seals, gaskets if any, replacing dial gauge discs, cleaning, replacing brake liners, greasing of all moving parts, changing of bearings wherever necessary and re-fitting of hoist mechanism after overhauling, trail run of hoist mechanism with gates including cost of all material, labor, hire charges etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
