| 2 | S&F in replacement Nature Switch street light controller three phase 5 KW of automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based NATURAL SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights, required illuminance for switching on is ≤30 Lux and for switching off ≥10 Lux also having part night operation 4 to12 hour with contactors and outgoing and incoming MCBs connected with min 10sqmm FLRS multistranded circuit all these must be enclosed in a pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof and termite proof conforming to IP54 complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. |
| 3 | Material and labour for painting to existing LT steel tubular poles of sizes 9 mtr including bracket and other accessories as per site requitrement after preparing/ scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat coat of aluminium paint and upto 1.5 mtr height from pedestral in 30 cm height in black and white paints complete all as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed. |
| 4 | Supply laying , jointing & testing of XLPE under ground cable of size 3.5 core 50 sqmm insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall including taking down old/unserviceable cable all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rate include the cost of lugs of proper size and cable gland (ii) Necessary Excavation ,PCC cover and sand cushioning shall be measurd & paid seprately. |

| 7 | Supply and laying sand cushioning with dry clean sand 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable including punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments. |
| 8 | Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed. |
| 10 | Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed at site. |
| 12 | Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed at site. |
| 13 | S and F in replacement polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 200 x 100 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.Make :- HENSEL / SINTEX / HANSU of model HB 14. |
