| 5 | Providing and Fixing wooden joists (80mm x 150mm), wooden sheet 12mm of size, wooden reepers 12mm of various lengths (80% reused + 20%new). including cost/making including, cutting, sawing, painting with priming coat and provide in position etc and also GST, EPF, ESI and other applicable taxes if any etc. complete including as directed by the site in charge. |
| 6 | Water tightening the terrace by providing different layers of bricks in different size to an average depth of 25 cm in pure lime using by providing brick-on- edge terrace using terrace bricks (15x7.5x2.5cm) set in lime mortar 1:2., flat tile (15 x15 x 12mm) and Country brick (23 x 14 x 5 cm) in different size in lime mortar 1:2 , with necessary camber over which laying one course of Flat tiles of size 15cm x15cm x12mm in Lime mortar 1:2 and finally20mm thick plastering the top with Lime mortar in 1:2, curing etc., complete including using all necessary adhesive materials Complete including labour charges, loading and unloading charges, transportation. and also, GST, EPF, ESI and other applicable taxes if any etc. complete including as directed by the site in charge.
