Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes .(Hollow pipe section (50x35x2.2)mm

Base Preparation for artwork : Preparation & Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Two or more coats ) with Silicone additives of required shade . Priming coat of premium exterior primer of reputed manufacturerof with high color fastness rating to withstand outdoor conditions is required to cover existing dark or bold color on the wall or to reseal an unpainted porous surface including ladders / scaffolding etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.Upto a height of 3 metre

Artwork Generation & Art Painting : Recci, Designing , generating mockups and submission of Presentations in printed form with site specific details and challenges ( if any ) / via email for approval from design approval commitee to be in scope of the Agency . The Works should be designed considering the real time dimensions and scaling of the areas and locations identified. Painting of approved artwork by proffessional artists with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shades of reputed manufacturer with high color fastness rating to withstand outdoor conditions . Use of spray cans / Stainers of reputed manufacturer is allowed (with proper disposal mechanism of the same) including ladders / scaffolding etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.Upto a height of 3 metre

Varnishing : Top Coat over artwork to preserve the life and also to provide the grace / required lusture with a protective layer for easy cleaning of the artworks . Prior test & observation on wall with thorough process to be done before application . Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture One or more coats as per recommendation of the paint manufacturer . Responsibility of chipping of artwork / flaking due to varnish will be of the agency including ladders / scaffolding etc. complete as per directions of Engineer in charge.Upto a height of 3 metre

Supply & fixing of 3 mm thick ACP sheet for ceiling corners, MS column and window sill up to glass level including all complete.
