| 1 | Providing and fixing 60 mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete paver block grey/ colored/ polished/ designer (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M35 ISI marked including the cost of good quality color and hardening agents. The paver should be compiled with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over layer of 25 mm average thick screened coarse sand to the required slope and filling the joints with fine sand complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. |

| 3 | Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2\\" x 2 1/4\\"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge |
| 5 | Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over exixting chowkhat or fixed shutter or fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS frame with self drilling machine screws complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.One coat |

| 16 | Providing and fixing main entry gate 5'-11\\" high (paint finish) consisting of shesham wood battens of size 5'-11\\" x 6\\" x 3/4\\" vertically, including making grooves for interlocking, with the help of M.S. nuts and bolts including paintng two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wooden primer, on the existing M.S. frame completely fixed in position in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 17 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
