Removing the existing worn out unserviceable nylon neawr from charpoy GI Pipe as directed.

Tightening of all loose parts check nuts, elbows, long rails and sort rails etc to hold the charpoy tight to original shape and providing & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Aluminium on frame as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable long rails of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm med grade and replacing with new long rail of 32 mm dia med. grade GI pipe with ISI marked, duly threaded at both ends (Minimum 10 threads for each end) complete and all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing the unserviceable short rails from charpoy GI Pipe med. grade and converting in to short rail made out of GI pipes obtained from ser item No 3 above by cutting, threading into short rails (Minimum 10 threads for each end) fixing as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable legs of charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia med. grade and converting into legs made out of GI pipes obtained from items No 4 & 3 above (long rail & short rail) by cutting to size of legs duly threaded at one end and other side base plate made out of 60 mm dia 3 mm thick MS sheets with proper and smooth welding remain same as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable Elbow GI 32 mm dia 3 way from charpoy GI Pipe frame and S&F new Elbow 32 mm dia 3 way with ISI marked and as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing unserviceable GI check nut 32 mm dia medium grade from charpoy GI Pipe and S&F new 32 mm dia check nut all as specified and directed.

S&F cleats of flat iron 40x6mm thick (04 Nos per charpoy) not less than 50 mm long welded to short rail of GI Pipe including drilling of holes on each cleats for fixing the plywood with nut and bolt and providing 03 Nos of stiffiners of MS square tube 25x25x1 mm thick between long to long rail duly drilling of three hole to each stiffner to fixed the plywood on it, providing 12 mm thick plywood commercial, BWR grade, ISI Mark on top fixed to each cleat and stiffner with counter sunk nut bolt of required size 8 Nos Nut and bolt used for each charpoy to fixed the plywood all as specified and directed
