| 1 | Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and certification of Fall protection lifeline system of approved make upto roof height of 15m & designed for 4 people working at a time. The system shall have components like tensioner, shock absorber, SS Roof posts (ends, corner & intermediate) of 316 grade having max. spacing of 10m to be fixed on truss member, brackets in each post (ends, corner & intermediate), SS Wire rope - 8mm dia. (7x7) of 316 grade (with swaging termination), carriage body/travelling trolley for 4 peoples freely movable from one end to other end, steel screw Karabiner, 4 nos. of Rope graber with adjuastable lanyard 8m & other accessories for safety as per design, confirming to EN 795:2012 Type C & CEN/TS 16415:2013 Type C, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, cost of sheet cutting for fixing roof post, leak proof work for the roof post fixing area using FRP, other incidentals etc. complete. Layout of Fall protection system shall be in C-shaped & same shall be approved by CSL. Rate is inclusive warranty of atleast 10 years for individual components. |
| 2 | Dismantling and removing manglore pattern tiles over roof including ridges, hips, valley sheets, wind tiles, bordering etc and stacking serviceable materials within a lead of 150m and depositing the debris within CSL premises etc.complete including removal of timber. |
| 3 | Dismantling A.C.sheets of roofing/cladding including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. at all levels, including conveying and disposal of dismantled materials within a distance of 50m or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Providing, supplying & installation of roofing sheet of 0.5mm thick Galvalume sheet prepainted with AZ coating of 150GSM with an overlap of 150mm at ends & two corrugation /manufacturers directions at sides fixing with self tapping screws through out the purlin, at the overlapping & at the intermediate crust with sealing washers, including ridge plain (600mm) and cost & conveyance of all materials labour etc.(Finished area of roof sheet before laying ridges/valleys/crimped sheets will only be measured and considered for payment. Overlaps will not be measured). |
| 5 | Fabrication of all types of structural steel works by straightening,cutting & welding using all types of steel sections plates,flats of any size and weight as per approved drawing or as instructed,erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including hire charges for tools and plants,cost of electrodes,other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Supplying, fabricating and erecting of mild steel tubular (round, square and rectangular hollow tubes) of any size and weight by straightening, cutting and welding using as per approved drawing or as instructed, erecting in position to line and level by welding/bolting embedding in concrete including applying one coat of zinc chromate primer & two coats synthetic enamel paint, hire charges for tools and plants, cost of electrodes, wastage, other incidentals etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing fall arrest double layered safety net with 2.5 mm braided mesh polypropylene rope with 30 mm square mesh and 12mm border rope along with overlay net at all heights as required and removing the same after completion of work. The safety net used shall have valid manufacturer test certificate. The net shall be tested for dynamic drop load of at least 100Kg from a height of 7 m. The contractor shall arrange crane for installation & removal of safety net at his own cost. Rate is inclusive of charges of providing and fixing temporary lifeline. |
| 8 | Supplying, cutting, threading, laying and jointing rigid PVC pipes including all specials such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, plugs etc. through walls/ concrete, making good the wall/ concrete after fixing using CM 1:3, taking connection from the existing water supply including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, testing the line before embedding etc. complete excluding specials of 100 mm dia pipes.
