Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of buildings/ residential quarters , staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township by rickshaw trolley etc all complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Area to be cleaned in all working days with provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactry work while measuring for payment.)

Cleaning available floor area and toilets of Offices /Technical/ Administrative building as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase,corridors,lift,lobby's and other space including removal of cobweb from ceiling and walls and disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. (Area to be cleaned daily in all working days with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment)

Wet mopping of all types of flooring / tiles including Cleaning of all kinds of spot like tea, spitting on walls etc. all complete except cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Area to be mopped alternate day in all working day or as and when required with provision of rational deduction for not attending/unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment)

Proper and efficient cleaning and washing of the toilets, wash basins, urinals, W/C Seats, looking mirrors, sanitary fittings and fixtures etc. using approved toilet cleaner like Vim / Liquid soap/ Phenyle/ Sanifresh/ Harpic etc.including the cost of providing urinal cubes in wash basins / urinals (weekly or when empty, whichever is earlier) and cleaning of wall tiles/dado weekly etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete.( Area to be cleaned daily in all working day and as when required with provision of rational deduction for not attending/ unsatisfactory execution of the item while measuring qty for payment)

Sweeping and Cleaning of open drain and sewer line inside the compound wall complete and removal of garbage or other refuges, rubbish i/c disposal of malba to Municipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(The drain/ sewer line to be cleaned once in six months and as and when required)

Clearing grass and rank vegetation, creepers etc. and disposal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of Manhole with connecting sewer line and disposal of malva out side compound etc all complete as per direction of E-in-C.

Disposal of malba out of compound upto municipal dump by mechanical means i/c loading and unloading complete as per directios of the Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank i/c dewatering by machnical pumping and taking out sludge completely such as show the bottom of septic tank clean and The sludge should be desposed upto approved municiple dumping ground beyond Municiple limit e.t.c all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
