| 106 | M&L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:-(a) Demollition of old sunken surfacec complete and cleaning of all loose particles and apply cement slurry @3.00 kg/ sqm on old surfaces by brushing.(b) Providing finished slope of 1:40 to RCC slab laying of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope correction (1:40) of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.(c) Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion.(d) After surface id fully dreid, it shall be cleared free from dust & applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall.(e) After primer the entire surface shall be painted with hot, blown bitumen grade of 85/25 confirming to IS- 702 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm. (f) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standered weight 3kg/ sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/ end lap on repared surface as per manufacturers instructions and strict supervision of manufacturers representative.(g) After laying of all sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, fill the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 using coarse aggregate.(h) Fixing 40mm dia CPVC pipe projecting 100mm clear from face outer will shall be provided tp drain out seepage water if any(j) Testing of sunken as per specification mentioned in SSR Part-II/ PS. |
