To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the condition here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES standard schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned on acceptance latter (subject to condition 49 of IAFW -2249 including errata/amendments) at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part-I (Specifications) 2009 and Part-II (Rates) 2020 Note:-(i) Tenderer shall insert percentage at the 15th Row and 'F' Column of this BOQ sheet.(ii) Tenderer shell refer and select the option Excess(+) or Less(-) available at the 15th Row and 'E' Column of this sheet to quote the percentage Above or below or at par SSR 2020 Rates including errata/amendment No 1 to 122 .(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under Rate column and the total amount arrieved out in this sheet is approximate and for reference ony being term contract work shell be ordered and priced at the SSR Part -II (2020) including errata/amendment No 1 to 122 and adjusted by the contractors percentage quoted by the contractor in term of condition 4A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contracts.
