Construction of Central office for Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority at district Gautambudh nagar on EPC basis of multi-storeyed reinforced cement concrete (RCC) Office building having single basement, Lower Ground floor, Ground floor and five typical floors, including planning, structural designing and commissioning of all required services (e.g. all fittings of plumbing, sanitary installations, drainage, electrical works etc.) by incorporating stipulated specifications and Design Basis Report (DBR) for Civil, E&M, IT and horticulture works complete and executing the same as per scope and specifications given in this bid document as per functional requirements of each component of the building and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
