| 1 | Labour Charges for repairing of 5 MVA 33/11 KV outdoor transformer as detailed below: - Inspection Charges, opening of transformer’s cover, draining of transformer oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly, and replacement of damaged parts, minor repair of core and tank (if required). Cleaning, washing of dust & dirt etc. from all parts including core tank, Cooling tubes of radiators, removal of damaged parts, replacement of fitting if required, fixing of new parts making connection and assembly complete in all respect, oven/baking charges, re-tanking after repairs, filling of fresh transformer oil, assembling of transformer accessories etc. required for pre- commissioning tests as per BIS (routine and acceptance) including test Charges. |
| 2 | Dismantling & Re Installation of 5 MVA 33/11 KV outdoor transformer and its accessories including loading & unloading at site and placing on plinth and commissioning ,testing , maintenance & repair of the of transformer etc. as required at site |
| 3 | Repairing, Maintenance and Overhauling of the OLTC(on load tap changer ) of 5 MVA 33/11 KV outdoor transformer etc. complete as required . |
| 4 | Rewinding of HV winding and tapping connections etc with new copper conductor etc. as required including credit of dismantled winding wire to the contractor/firm . |
| 5 | Rewinding of LV winding and tapping connections etc with new copper conductor etc. as required including credit of dismantled winding wire to the contractor/firm . |
| 6 | Providing and fixing Direct/Indirect material like brazing Rods, crepe papers, lugs, painting, gaskets, oil seals, silica gel & breather, oil drain valve, air release plug, clamping rings and other item etc as required. |
| 7 | Providing and Fixing other spare parts/ item/ material/ accessories like, Bushings, rod, tapping switch, Bucholz relay, arcing horn, WTI/OTI other items etc as required. |
| 8 | Providing and Pouring/filling the fresh transformer oil of standard quality as per IS: 335/83 and latest amendment thereof including dehydration charges. |
| 9 | Transportation charges of damaged Transformer from site to contractor’s works & repaired Transformer from contractor works to site including all other charges such as loading/ unloading at works with transit insurance, etc. (TO & FRO) |
