| 8 | M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Dismantling wall and ceiling board,of any description and incl old batterens complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Providing & fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 mm X 37 mm X 25 mm X 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 mm X 30 mm X 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process complete all as specified |

| 14 | Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 15 | M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster on other than face fair face of brick work in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair complete all as specified. |
| 16 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonary wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 17 | M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on walls on newly plastered surfaces over 1 mm thickness wall care putty including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 18 | Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified. |
| 19 | M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar parapets and railings, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required including in repair complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
