| 4 | Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of 5.5 TR ductable inverter type VRF unit (Make: Bluestar, Model No.: DSA661R1) installed at CCR Building, HAL Airport, comprising of ductable indoor and outdoor units, associated copper piping, insulation, control cabling, and all electrical and electronic components including pre-programmed software for proper LAN functioning of all units and PCBs, along with all accessories and ancillaries up to the electrical power source, through OEM/OEM’s authorized service dealer, by carrying out quarterly service visits for routine/preventive maintenance and attending all breakdown/maintenance calls as and when required. The scope also include supply and replacement of all spare parts and consumables, gas charging, overhauling, cutting, fixing and brazing works, repair/replacement of compressor, remote controls, PCB boards, condenser and evaporator coils, insulation, blower, and all other minor repair works, including transportation, loading/unloading, painting, etc., to ensure 100% serviceability and satisfactory working condition, including submission of service reports and maintenance records, complete in all respects as per the Special Conditions of Contract, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: (1) The date of commencement of item shall be as per the instruction of AAI. The work shall also include replacement of burnt out lamp, lenses, filters and carrying out any corrective action as required (spares to be provided by AAI), using vehicle mounted Mobile Testing Equipment system and testing of individual fitting by frame Reader, submission of test reports etc as per requirement of ICAO/Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR) Section 4 - Aerodrome standard & licensing series ‘B’ Part-I etc. complete.
