| 5 | Item No.5:- Excavation in hard rock of all toughness by blasting including boulders above0.6 m dia.(0.113Cum) minimizing damage to side slopes of excavation in water prism area by adopting any one or combination of line drilling/pre-splitting /smooth blasting techniques and placing the excavated rock neatly in approved dump area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, leveling bed etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineering Incharge. |

Pile caps,footing,foundation,slabs,beams,columns,canopis, staircase,newels,chajjs,lintels pardis,coping,fins,arches etc.as per detais designs,drawing & schedules including cutting,bending,hooking the bars binding with wires or tacks welding & supirected.porting as required complete as directed. |
| 7 | ITEM NO. 7:- Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15(40 MSA) of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Batching Plant and concrete mixer with shuttering and scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineering Incharge. |
| 8 | Item No.8:- Providing and fixing Sill beam with 150 x 100 x8 mm thick as per detail design drawing including one coat of anticorrosice paint with two coat of paint etc complete as directed by Engineering incharge. |
| 9 | Item No.10:- Providing and fixing steel vertical Channel with 150 x 100 x8 mm thick suitable to fit the Needle with all lead and lift as directed by Engineering incharge |
| 10 | Item No. 9:- Manufacturing with QAP & febrication of K.T. weir Needle gate straight type size 2.15 x0.5m-94 kg weight with all mateial, mild steel confirming to IS 2062 rubber seal, welding joint. It include all material, labour charges, Machinary charges, 1 km lead charge of transportation loading and unloading charges of Gate part at site, quality control charges sand blasitn, painting with one coat of zinc rich primer, two coat of sloventless tar epoxy paint etc. complete. |
