M&L for hardcore of guage exc 63mm but not exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as speicfied and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base all as specified.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width, priming with red oxide and applied two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of new plaster surface of external wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 as in external plastering in two layers (10 +5) top coat of 5mm to be mixed with WPC @ 3% of cement finished other fair & even all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (WPC) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Framed work of mild steel as in grills, grating with guard bars etc ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spike conforming to Fe-290-0 or Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing and providing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as directed.
