The business will be executed in two distinct segments with a tiered margin-sharing structure:Segment 1: Electronic Warfare (EW): Focus on signals intelligence and communication support systems. The revenue share (X%) will be determined through a Forward Auction.Segment 2: Weapon Periphery Equipment: Focus on critical auxiliary systems for weapon platforms. To maximize returns, the margin for this segment will be 1.5 times than the discovered margin for Segment 1.(Reserve Price for the revenue share in the financial bid is 6.00% of the contract value)
