Providing services for E-library in Tosham for 3 years with minumum Eligibility 3 years experience. The following services will be carried out:-1. Issue, return, and renewal of books and other library materials. 2. Cataloguing, classification, and shelving of books as per standard library practices. 3. Maintenance and updating of accession registers and library records. 4. Assistance to students/visitors in locating books and reference materials. 5. Management of reading room facilities and ensuring a disciplined environment. 6. Identification and reporting of damaged or lost books and initiation of necessary action. 7. Maintenance of library infrastructure, including furniture and equipment. 8. Implementation of library rules, regulations, and membership procedures. 9. Any other work assigned related to efficient functioning of the library.

Providing security guard services (in two shifts) for the E-Library at Tosham for three years. The following services will be carried out:”• Deployment of security guards in two shifts to ensure round-the-clock safety of the library premises. • Monitoring and control of entry and exit of visitors, staff, and materials. • Maintenance of visitor register and checking of identity, where required. • Prevention of unauthorized access, theft, or damage to library property and assets. • Regular patrolling of the library building and surrounding premises. • Assisting in maintaining discipline and order within the library premises. • Immediate reporting of any suspicious activity, incident, or security breach to concerned authorities. • Coordination with local administration/police in case of emergencies. • Ensuring proper locking and unlocking of the library as per prescribed timings. • Basic fire safety vigilance and response in case of emergencies. • Any other duty assigned related to security and safety of the library

Providing services of Sweeper-cum-Peon for the E-Library at Tosham for three years. The following services will be carried out:”• Cleaning and sweeping of the library premises, including reading rooms, stack areas, corridors, and entrances. • Dusting of bookshelves, furniture, windows, and equipment on a regular basis. • Maintenance of cleanliness in washrooms and surrounding areas. • Disposal of waste/garbage in designated locations as per local guidelines. • Assisting in arrangement and shifting of books, furniture, and other materials as required. • Carrying files, documents, and other items within the library or to concerned offices. • Providing assistance during meetings, inspections, and official visits. • Serving drinking water/refreshments, if required, during official work. • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of library premises throughout working hours. • Opening and closing support activities, including basic housekeeping before and after working hours. • Reporting any maintenance issues (electricity, water supply, etc.) to the concerned authority. • Any other work assigned related to housekeeping and general assistance for smooth functioning of the library
