Opening of transformer top cover, draining out the transformer oil from tank, dismantling and taking out of complete winding with stamping (core) from tank.

Opening of stamping (core) top and taking out the burnt H.T. & L.T.coils from stamping.

Rewinding of above 1000 KVA Transformer with copper wire and strips insulation etc. complete in all respect of H.T.& L.T. winding at the place of Alu. strip winding as per size and rating including.Cost to be adjusted in the rates against the damaged and old Alu. coil deducted.- 563 Kg.

Pre heating of above re-winded coil and varnishing, baktol coating etc. complete and heating, testing etc. complete.

Fitting of above re-winded coils in stamping, assembling, of stamping and refitting in transformer tank as same with making H.T. & L.T. side terminal connections ..T.H.

After completion of above works fitting of transformer tap cover with new packing etc.

Centrifuging of old transformer oil and filling in tank.

Supply & Filling of fresh transformer oil in tank to maintained the top level .

Carting of above transformer from workshop to Konia MPS including loading and unloading

Lifting and mounting of Transformer on platform and making of H.T. connection and charging of transformer after charging making of L.T. side cable connection and testing on load at site with all labour, materials and T&P etc.. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
