Providing and fixing readymade tounged and groved wall panelling/ celling 12 mm thick including frame work of 2'' x1.5'' imported kail wood sand preparing and polishing complete as per direction of incharge engineer with all necessary nail and screw complete job.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work
