| 1 | Disconnecting / taking down electrically indoor/outdoor stepup/stepdown transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth or inside sub station and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed .Note:- (a) The rates quoted is deemed to be included for hydra, men power and other items required for disconnecting / transport of transformer. |
| 2 | Supply and installation, commissioning and testing Transformer of capacity 200 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound, outdoor type, step down Transformer complete with first filling of IS335 ISI marked, filtered and dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories and 7 position with OFF LOAD tap changer tapping range up to +5% to 10% in step of 2.5% BEE compliance level III. The transformer shall be DYN-11 vector group and confirming to latest IS 1180 all as specified and directed. The transformer shall have following accessories:- (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and drain cock.. (b ) Oil level Gauge. (c) Oil seal type transparent breather with silica gel. (d) Two numbers earthing terminals with lugs. (e) Oil drain valve /filter valve. (f) Radiators with valves.(g) Lifting lugs with fastening holes. (h) Thermometer dial type 0-120 degree C. (k) Rating & specification plate.. (l) 04 Nos cast steel bi-directional detachable rollers. (m) Explosion vent with diaphragm & sight glass. (n) Transformer must have its neutral brought out for earthing on LV side. (o) Transformer must be earthed by two independent earthing with GI strip for body and other two independent earths for neutral. Neutral earthing of transformer should be done by using GI earth plate and GI earth strip.(o)Transformer shall be installed as described in IS 10028( Part-II) and in confirming with IE rule. (q) Cable termination box with disconnecting facility for 11 KV XLPE cable at 11 KV side and LT side. |

| 11 | M&L in repair for earthing with copper plate electrode of size 600mm x 600 mm x 3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to copper earth strip of size 20mm x 3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper including 40mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer n.exc 150mm thick compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia round bar including aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3mm for extension of earth lead and necessary excavation, earth work in soil/ loose soil and disposal to a distance not exceeding 15 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 and all as specified and as directed. |
