| 2 | Supply and installation, commissioning and testing Transformer of capacity 200 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound, outdoor type, step down Transformer complete with first filling of IS335 ISI marked, filtered and dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories and 7 position with OFF LOAD tap changer tapping range up to +5% to 10% in step of 2.5% BEE compliance level III. The transformer shall be DYN-11 vector group and confirming to latest IS 1180 all as specified and directed. The transformer shall have following accessories:- (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and drain cock.. (b ) Oil level Gauge. (c) Oil seal type transparent breather with silica gel. (d) Two numbers earthing terminals with lugs. (e) Oil drain valve /filter valve. (f) Radiators with valves.(g) Lifting lugs with fastening holes. (h) Thermometer dial type 0-120 degree C. (k) Rating & specification plate.. (l) 04 Nos cast steel bi-directional detachable rollers. (m) Explosion vent with diaphragm & sight glass. (n) Transformer must have its neutral brought out for earthing on LV side. (o) Transformer must be earthed by two independent earthing with GI strip for body and other two independent earths for neutral. Neutral earthing of transformer should be done by using GI earth plate and GI earth strip.(o)Transformer shall be installed as described in IS 10028( Part-II) and in confirming with IE rule. (q) Cable termination box with disconnecting facility for 11 KV XLPE cable at 11 KV side and LT side. |
