Issuing of FIM, edge preparation (bevelling / threading) fabricating, laying in trenches or at required elevation/level of CS pipe spools, valves, hydrants & fittings of various sizes, cleaning, hydro testing including handling, transportation to work site and temporary stacking at site etc. as per technical specifications and instructions of EIC.

Providing welding materials (electrode/filler wire as per specification), Butt/socket/nozzle/miter welding of carbon steel (CS) pipes and fittings by SMAW/GTAW process using E7018/ER70S2 & LP examination of root and final pass of each weld as per specifications and directed by EIC. size 8 NB to 150 NB.(up to 25 NB pipes and fittings will be considered as 1 inch dia for calculation

Providing, fabrication, erection and painting of all CS pipe supports with MS structural materials. Anchor fasteners, shall be supplied by the contractor (HILTY or equivalent make)

Providing and application of two layers of weather protection treatment for buried pipe lines as per IS-10221 appendix-B including surface preparation, primary coating before weather protection treatment and adhesion and holiday test after weather protection treatment as per specification and as directed by the EIC
