Note - WPC shall be measured & Paid separately. |

| 25 | M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces.(b) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woolen polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gms/sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing.Note: (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions.(ii) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made in the end sides of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions.(c) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint on top of APP membranes. |
