Providing & fixing metal false ceiling system tiles with metal tile of size 595x595mm manufactured out of 50mm thick polyester coil coated galvanized steel 120/180 gms zinccoating alloy having square or beveled edges including coil coated steel tile should have 20 micron polyster coated finish and back side coated of 5 micron alkyd primr as per pattern specified in architect drawing no WD/ARCH/3 job no 554 the exposed metal grid comprises of main runners and cross tees, roll formed from galvanized steel of 180 gms zinc coating.the main and cross tees shall be provide by byeonet coupling having a height 38mm and 25mm. The grid shall be suspended from the roof with G.I wire rods by suspension hangers at max. 1200mm and filled withb 1200mm/600mm cross tees. hangers shall be fixed to roof by expansion fasterners. Wall angle shall be 24mm x 24mm x 0.4mm thick coil coated steel matching the door of the tile. make - Armstrong or equivelant.the entire work shall be complete in all respect as per architectural drawing and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
