| 1 | Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered prepared painted surface of wall and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per the following steps:-Step 1:- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instruction and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2:- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulations.Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface |
| 3 | M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 litre (undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine and allow 6-8 hours to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup Sqm resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal / Anti Alga properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction applied over primed surface with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | 4.01 Note for item No. 1 to 4 :-The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same:-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE.(b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover | \\"Memoradum of Understanding\\" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, |
